Description
High-performance individual throttle body inlet system for the Ford Zetec Engine, perfect for Escorts and Fiestas RS Turbos with the newer Zetec engines, or any other car which is running a full Zetec turbo engine.
The system has been designed around our Direct-to-head throttle bodies and plenum chamber capable of withstanding boost pressures up to 5 bar, with no reduction in flow at high RPMs. The inlet has been sized to fit in the limited space between the cylinder head and the bulkhead or inner wing on RWD convertions.
The plenum inlet has the choice of a 2″ (50mm) hose fitting or a larger 3″ (70mm) hose fitting depending on your pipework size from the intercooler.
The inlet consists of a set of our short pattern individual throttle bodies with integrated injector mountings which are mounted on a billet head mating flange. The kit comes complete with a remote sensor mounting block and take-off for boost sensors gauges etc and for the vacuum to the brake servo if required.
