we have developed a high-performance inlet system for the Ford Escort RS Turbo and Fiesta RS Turbo.
The system has been designed around our Direct to head throttle bodies and plenum chamber. The system has been designed for boost pressures up to 5 bar, with no reduction in flow at high RPMs. The inlet has been sized to fit in the limited space between the cylinder head and the bulkhead and even allows for clearance of a typical strut brace.
The plenum inlet has the choice of a 2″ (50mm) hose fitting or a larger 3″ (75mm) hose fitting depending on the pipework size from the intercooler.
The inlet has a set of our short pattern individual throttle bodies with integrated injector mountings are mounted on a head mating flange. The kit comes complete with a remote sensor mounting block and take-off for boost sensors gauges etc and for the vacuum to the brake servo if required. And additional opening can be added to the throttle bodies to allow for air bypass of idle valves and/or Anti-lag. (additional parts may be required)
