Mitsubishi EVO 4-9 4G63 ITB Inlet System

High-performance individual throttle body inlet system for the Mitsubishi EVO engines. This inlet setup replaces the exiting inlet manifold with our direct to head throttle body setup and turbo plenum. The inlet system fits the engines found in the EVO 4 to EVO 9. Designed to fit within the confines of the original Mitsubishi EVO inlet manifold and engine bay. The turbo plenum connects to the existing intercooler link pipework.

The inlet system utilises the standard Mitsubishi throttle cable making the change over simple as no cutting or replacing of the throttle cable is needed.

The system has been designed around our Direct-to-head throttle bodies and plenum chamber capable of withstanding boost pressures up to 5 bar, with no reduction in flow at high RPMs. The ITB system improves throttle response both on and off boost.

Available in either a 4 or 8 injector configuration these inlets will improve drivability and performance for mild to wild engine builds.

The plenum inlet has 3″ (70mm) hose fitting for linking to the intercooler.

The inlet consists of a set of our 48mm individual throttle bodies with integrated injector mountings which are mounted on a billet head mating flange( available with additional injector holes). The kit comes complete with a remote 9 port sensor mounting block which can be plumbed into the existing take-offs built into the throttle bodies for boost sensors, gauges, etc.
