1. If on customers receipt of an order any item found to be damaged, faulty or unsuitable they need to be reported to the company and returned within 14 days for a refund.
  2. Goods damaged in transit need to have photographic evidence of damage to the unopened packaging, failure to supply suitable evidence of damage may result in only a partial refund.
  3. Items being returned due to change of mind or other reason for returning non-faulty usable good shall return the item in a sellable, undamaged condition. Any damage or usage of the part either by the customer or during return delivery may result in a partial refund.
  4. A 10% restocking charge will applied to all returns which are found not to be faulty or incorectly supplied.
  5. Second hand / Used items may only be returned if they are found to be not as described. Returned items will be subject to a full refund.
  6. Special order items are non-refundable.
  7. Custom made / modified components to customers own specification or mark-ups are not available for return except for matters of workmanship.
  8. All items being returned must be returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition, otherwise a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
